STEP FIVE
Initial Contact
Complete our contact form to start bringing your outdoor living space to life. Provide your contact information and a project description, and we’ll contact you to discuss next steps and schedule an on-site design consultation.
STEP ONE
STEP TWO
On-Site Design Consultation
Our owner, Peter Indresano, and a representative from Redwood Outdoor Living & Design will meet with you on-site. We’ll walk through your property to get familiar with the space and start planning how to make the most of it. You can share your ideas and how you plan to use the space, while helping us understand your preferences.
STEP THREE
First Virtual Design Review
We’ll head back to the office to create your landscape design. Once completed, you’ll see the design via Zoom. This is your opportunity to see exactly what every inch of the space will look like before construction begins. You can share what you like or don’t like, and we’ll make changes accordingly.
STEP FOUR
Second Virtual Design Review
After making any changes to your design, we’ll meet via Zoom for a second virtual design review. You’ll see your outdoor space come to life with an immersive and realistic 3D design. You’ll receive good, better, and best pricing options, and a detailed preliminary pricing breakdown. Take your time to review the plan and investment, and we’ll make any necessary changes before you sign a contract to begin work.
Construction
Now for the fun part—construction! Our talented team is meticulous in ensuring your outdoor space is everything you want it to be. We’ll keep you up-to-date on the project status and be on hand to answer any of your questions.
STEP SIX
Final Walkthrough
When we near the end of the construction phase, we’ll walk through the site together to ensure all finishing touches have come together to exceed your expectations. During the first year, we'll follow up to ensure your complete satisfaction with your completed outdoor space.
